Orders 
How do I look up my order online? Log into your account and enter the order number you received from our order confirmation email.

Can I ship to a different address other than my billing address? Yes - when you are on the check out page, you will be able to enter a different shipping address for your order.

Can I cancel or change my order? We make every effort to ship 90% of our orders out the next 3 business days. If you ordered in error, or would like to make a change to your order, please call us at 668-7809-0193 and we will assist you.

How do I track my order? When your order is shipped you will be sent a ThailandPost tracking number or DHL via email.

I placed my order but need to change the shipping address. How can I do that? Please email us at chalarin.nn@gmail.com and we will change the shipping address (if your order has not already shipped).

I have not received an email from you regarding my order? Please check your account information on our website to make sure we have the correct email address. Check your spam folder on your email account to make sure our email is not routed there. You will want to add us to your contact names if this is happening.

Do you offer coupons or promotional codes? Occasionally we do offer a special discount or promotion code. Check our website often or sign up for our monthly newsletter to receive special offers.

Do you ship products internationally? Yes,

Can I place an order by quote? Yes, We can quote the price as pattern you require.

Is there a limit as to how many products I can purchase? We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased.
